We where called upon to look into adding a 4th bedroom to this incredible home in the heart of Hove. This home was in full renovation which need walls removing and steels installed to make way for the garage to be converted and incorporated into the home. Above the kitchen on the first floor, we worked with the architect, client and the structural calculations to form a 4th bedroom, pitching the new flat roof which cover the new kitchen below and a new pitch roof coming off and joining to the existing part of the home. Design was crucial on this one as we wanted this room to look like it had always been a part of the original structure and added a desired bedroom for this growing family.
